I am the wife of one, and the mother of two. I live in Western Oregon, and attend Reformation Covenant Church in Oregon City.
I am, and I say this with pride, a Stay At Home Mom, and I sincerely enjoy my vocational calling of helping my husband and raising my boys- may there be many more dinners, many more loads of laundry, and many more babies in my future!
Because my dad was a mining engineer, we moved around quite a bit as I grew up – although nothing like being in the army!! We finally settled in Tri-Cities, WA, though and I think of that as being the place where I “grew up.”
I met my husband when we were 13 at a church family camp. After corresponding via email and IM chatting; seeing each other whenever my family came to visit my grandmother in Molalla, OR; and going to college together for a year at the University of Idaho; we married when we were 19, in between our Junior and Senior years.
We’ve been married for almost 5 years now, and we have two little boys whom we sincerely believe to be the cutest and smartest and funniest little boys in the world!
