I called Kaiser Permanente today to see if I could get a charge reversed from about 2 months ago (I’ve put it off for a long time). To my delight, after minimal number pressing, I got to Membership Services where I talked immediately to a real person, who was a native English speaker, very pleasant, apparently very competent, and very agreeable, as she agreed that I’d been charged twice and sent it back to Accounting to be credited to my account. What a pleasant surprise on a rainy, dreary day to find that you can still call a huge company and be treated so well!
