…Batting 1000 today (whatever that means!). Just a little almost-Facebook status update for my non-facebook friends!
(This is really for you, Mystie!)
Yes, I have accomplished my two major goals: trim the snowball bush away from the house so as to decrease the above-ground access the ants have to our house, and called Price-Pfister about my leaky sprayer hose – $5 S&HÂ later and new parts are on their way!
We’ve done school, most of it, and the sun is shining, and my yogurt jelled, pretty much, and my new haircombs worked, and everything is looking good!
Hope you all are having a good day, too!!

Wahoo! Good for you!
Your yogurt even gelled….wow.
Are you using the crockpot method?
I do find myself wanting to post status updates still. Right now, that’s about the only length of post I can handle, anyway.
I tried using gelatin in the crockpot yogurt recipe – I mixed it in with the yogurt 5 minutes before adding it to the hot milk. But honestly, it didn’t gel that much more than regular – but my last batch didn’t really gel much at all, so it was an improvement. It might be more now that it’s been chilled for a while.
Yes, status updates have the advantage in being exceptionally undemanding of the “little grey cells.” One doesn’t feel obligated to make them too pithy.
We had already talked of that in person.
It is very impressive.
I don't know if Mystie appreciated it, but I did! Good job on tackling the plumbing! =)
