    I’m not sure I can – it being straight out of a fairly new cookbook and all. But it’s from Peter Rheinhart’s newest book on baking whole-wheat bread, which you can get out of the library, if you’re curious… the book is about how to make 100% whole wheat/whole grain breads that are not so dense and rought on the tongue as homemade whole wheat breads tend to be. I’m really enjoying experimenting with it, and the kids seem to like eating the results! And thanks, Mom. :-)
