No I’m not dead

As you can see in the previous post, we are very much alive and well. We have weathered another tax season (my 7th) and are coming out into the sunshine. During the last full week of tax season I took the kids and left – to my parents house for 3 nights. It was quite a nice break to have other people to visit with and help watch the kids, plus I got to spend some time with my Tri-Cities friends.\par

Oh, and I cut my hair. That is, my mom cut my hair. About 12 inches (10 for Locks of Love, and 1-2 for layering). I feel like a rather different person, and it still surprises me when I run my hair through my hand and come up a foot short! But I really like it!\par

It’s wonderful having Michael around again, since\’c2\~last Thursday! He’s been busy catching up on all of the paperwork and errands he wasn’t able to do during tax season, but he also procured a new lawn mower, mowed the lawn, helped prepare for company on Sunday,\’c2\~and of course has spent a lot more time with the kids, (and me), in the last 6 days. Things are looking up!
