Okra – friend or foe?

An interesting variation on our normal greens. I tried serving okra the other night for dinner (before the Two Week Blitz started). I suppose one could describe it as being a modest success. Rose and I both liked it ok, as an occasional variation, and Michael and the boys could both stand it reasonably well. That is to say, it\’c2\~aroused no more enthusiasm than any other vegetable, but no great hatred, either. I would describe it as having the taste\’c2\~of zuchini with the texture of fresh green beans. Kind of neat.
