Nothing to report. As in, the last time I made a batch of sourdough I got disgusted with how sticky it was and how it was latching onto my gloves and literally pulling them off my hands, so I wrapped it up in the parchment paper I had waiting on the cookie sheet and threw [...] My sourdough starter has been working really well, lately! The sour-taste is quite strong, and I’ve discovered that I’ve not been adding enough salt. Once remedied, the salt definitely helps bring out the sourdough flavor. I’ve had 3 excellent (although not necessarily picture perfect) loves.
