The Most Wonderful Time of the Year..

The busiest at any rate. At our book study for “young marrieds” (at the last one which I attended Michael and I had been married the longest of the “young couples” there!!) we discussed a chapter of My Life For Yours about Christmas, and several of us felt ashamed of our less than enthusiastic view of the busy season leading up to said holiday. I’m trying to keep that in mind as I write my “to do” lists for the holidays.\par

I hear your unenthusiastic response to Christmas and echo it. I can’t keep up with every day life and feel like I’m drowning this time of year. There are just some things that get dropped and picked up in January. I just now came home after success in finding fabric for some planned gifts for niece and nephews, so feeling a little better – yay!

I was trying to stay in denial…now I can’t, gosh, Elly, thanks! Why can’t there be more time between these year end holidays? EEK!! When did Christmas time become just a lot more work?
