I remember a man in Les Miserables who married unsatisfactorily and proceeded to cheat on his wife whenever the opportunity arose. Peace with his neglected wife was therefore bought at the price of releasing the financial reigns to her hands, which lead to his subsequent penury. At least, that’s how I remember the story, although [...] I had an appointment with a dermatologist today to look at my eczema problem. That is, I had one scheduled until 7:00 this morning, when the phone rang while I was making breakfast so that we could all get in the car and go to Kaiser together – me to my appointment, all of my [...] Yes, Ezra is one year old now and it was time for him to be shorn.\par Yesterday afternoon I went grocery shopping with the two boys. We didn’t get back until 6:00, but we were all remarkably chipper, regardless. Ezra is only taking one nap these days, and then he’s good until 7 or so, so I didn’t have to worry about getting the shopping done before naptime or anything.\par I have to learn this myself, very soon. It’s ironic how when you have lots of things to write about, you have no time to write! It’s when I have less to do that I find time to sit down and write some nonsense about daily life.
