We’ve been hearing a running water noise now for a while, and were unsure of what to do about it. But its been getting really loud and really noticeable and so we asked a church-friend and professional handyman to come and look at it for us.\par I feel like I haven’t posted pictures in quite a while. But I really haven’t taken many recently, either, so I haven’t felt the desire to come down and download them off my camera. Sometimes it just seems like nothing is particularly picture-worthy. Not because the kids aren’t cute… just for some reason I don’t [...] I tried to do some goal-setting for this next year last week. I read a book Michael got out of the library and used the do-it-yourself workshop at the back of the book. The book was all peppy and me-centered, but I thought the idea of sitting back for a moment (or a day) and [...] That ceramic stove-top cleaner can scrub off that annoying sticky residue on cookie sheets? Apparently tomatoes are hardier than I thought. Michael called me yesterday and told me that there appeared to be tomatoes growing in the gravel “enclosure” next to the deck. He hadn’t pulled them up earlier in the year because they looked and smelled like tomato plants, but I didn’t see them at all until yesterday. [...] Ezra is 11 months old now. We’ve had several brand new babies at church lately, continually emphasizing the fact that he is a VERY BIG baby. He wears size 18 months clothes – which tend to be a little long in the legs, but just right about the middle. He eats like a teenage boy, [...] |
