Younger Uncles

We were… surprised… when my in-laws declared their expectation of having another baby a month younger than our firstborn. I rather suspect they were, too.\par

However, having a younger uncle Zane has been a source of great joy to Judah. Every morning he gets up wanting to go to Uncle Zane’s house, and when this Monday we spent the day at Zane’s house to avoid the heat, as soon as we left he wanted to “go Uncle Zane’s house more!” Always a built in playmate. And always different toys than one’s own. The boys seem to really be fond of each other, playing more with each other than they do when in the company of anyone else. In fact, they frequently as so enthused they go completely berzerk and drive the adults in the house crazy. Ah, well… sometimes what the world needs is a little excess enthusiasm!!\par

I wanted to upload a little video of Zane and Judah zooming around the “racetrack” in Grandma and Grandpa’s home, but couldn’t figure out how to do it. Maybe I’ll get Ben to help me post it someday!\par
